Our services
We provide businesses with subscriptions to our full-service and self-service software-as-a-service applications designed to simplify our clients' management of, and accounting for, real estate, equipment and other leases (the "Lease Compliant Software"). Users access the software on behalf of businesses that have purchased a subscription or agreed to the Terms & Conditions of www.sftechnepal.com.
Controller and processor
SF Tech acts as the controller of personal information described in this statement, except where SF Tech acts on behalf of its clients in providing the Lease Compliant Software — in which case SF Tech acts as a processor and the client is the controller.
Where any conflict exists between this privacy statement and an applicable subscription agreement, the terms of that agreement govern. This statement does not apply to SF Tech's employees, contractors or job applicants.
